As part of the ongoing project to equip shelters in educational institutions, the furnishing of safe spaces for children continues. This time, Odesa Lyceum No. 2 has received new equipment and furniture.
Thanks to the support of our partners, the school has been supplied with modern tables and chairs, as well as soft bean bags for resting, socializing, and engaging in interactive lessons. The upgraded space will serve as a secure environment where students can comfortably continue their studies even during air raid alerts.
We remain committed to ensuring that children have access to quality education and feel supported, regardless of the challenges we face today.
This equipment was provided under the project "Providing Secondary Education Institutions with Necessary Equipment and Knowledge for Emergencies Related to Military Aggression in Frontline Communities of Ukraine." It is implemented as part of the broader "Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives" (EMPOWER) project, which is co-funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the European Union, and implemented by GIZ Ukraine.
