Courses on Preventing Emotional Burnout for Teachers Have Started
Courses on preventing emotional burnout for teachers have been launched in educational institutions where shelters are currently being arranged.
This is a logical continuation of our work — simultaneously creating safe conditions and supporting the people who ensure the learning process.
The first 30 teachers have already completed the training and received practical tools for preserving psychological resources, managing stress, and restoring emotional resilience.
The courses are part of the project “Providing Secondary Education Institutions with Essential Equipment and Knowledge in Emergency Situations Related to Military Aggression in Frontline Communities of Ukraine”, implemented within the broader initiative “Strengthening War-Affected Communities in Ukraine Through Local Initiatives” (EMPOWER), funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) together with the European Union, and carried out by GIZ Ukraine.
